Stage 2: Pisco - Pisco. The second place in general classification.

Ales Loprais started from the first position and opened the way for the competition. However, during the second stage from Pisco to Pisco he couldn't avoid minor technical troubles. The loss of time with tightening of the front axle and fixing the spare wheel after one of the jumps over a dune eventually resulted in falling 6 minutes behind the leading Nikolaev and the second Villagra.

"Then we started pulling again and it turned out quite well with finishing in the second position in general, which is a pretty good result for us today. We keep on moving", commented Ales Loprais.
